I can't search serial numbers I spent 20 mins adding to the most recent orders as a test.

Yes, they are there, but not searchable via the app , or the main search bar.

Furthermore, there is a checkbox to make my employees enter a serial number upon fulfilment, but that does not work

We take customer feedback seriously, and have since implemented a solution to this problem by adding the ability to search orders via serial numbers.
