The website had great information on setting up the app in my Shopify account. I messed it up a little by not following one step word for word which maybe could be a little clearly warned on the page. If you stick with their script, it’s great. Also, the chat help was awesome. He guided me through till we found the problem. I think this will be a great tool for me and others I will share this with. The booking management part is easy to use as well. I can’t wait for people to start using it.

We use this app for a new startup that we just launched. I found Ehsan and his team to be very responsive with our queries. The admin interface is not intuitive, but the app actually has a lot of functionality even for complex features.

Took me quite some time to get it working with existing products - but great app for bookings :) :)

I used this app to coordinate in-person class scheduling on my website. The support staff is INCREDIBLE and I was able to quickly get my whole schedule up and running just the way I hoped it would function.

I am the least computer savvy person in the world. I kid you not. So after adding the Sesami app, I was totally confused on what to do. After sending a message asking for help, Randy got right on it. I have been using this app to prepare myself to take appointments and its great so far and much simpler than the others. Most of the other booking apps are too much you you have to do too much to get it how you want it to be and Sesami just lays everything out there for you to use at ease.

Great booking app with very well-thought out features and functionality. Also, great development team behind it that is constantly improving the app with regular updates. They support their clients and walk them through the app's features during multiple onboarding calls. Couldn't have asked for more
