Sesami is by far the best app for appointments that I have used: it works in a very clever and intuitive way; it is very easy to install and set up. I had a problem with one aspect and customer service was excellent, it was solved within a day and now all aspects of it work perfectly. I would recomment paying for the level above free, it is great value for money and has been worth it for the increased business

Sesami app customer support is great and swift. Aymane C. was excellent at helping with my questions and issues. I only wish this app had a few more features such as appointment reminder text or emails.

App works well for us to rent meeting rooms. I had two issues and the support was spectacular! Solved my issues both times within the hour. What more could you want!

After some problems enabling the button for other product and collection pages customer support helped us to solve it. I have to say that we received support, including from top management, to make work what we wanted to do in our ecommerce. Meaning they care about make their product be useful for your business. They have been making some improvements to the functionality, so we feel they are a good partner to go with in the long run.

We're happy we got connected almost instantly, verified that Sesami is compatible with the Impulse 2.0 theme out of the box and we got to find the issue you've been experiencing. Sesami loads on the product page it's been already added to. In your case (great idea!) you wanted to have the button on a product theme section just under another product. With 2.0 theme architecture, that should be a common workflow and we'll make sure to provide the proper documentation and the solution from now on.

Reasonably simple to set up.
I really like that we can designate the specific available appointment windows by hours, days and date. A much much easier interface for setting up and managing than BookThatApp, which we used for several years.

Everything about the app is great except for one major issue. People cannot choose a custom time if booking multiple hours. For instance if someone wants a 4 hr block the times available wil be 12-4, 4-8, 8-12. So if someone wanted to book 2-6 they cant which im really upset that i didnt know before hand

Sesami, like all appointment scheduling and booking apps, have decisions to make that try to fit the needs and workflows of our userbase, to the best of our ability. In this particular situation that you are describing, we decided long ago that in order to streamline and create an easy-to-use interface for customers, our app will automatically create the maximum number of timeslots based on the availability you have set and the length of your service. The thought process behind this is that we want to make it as quick and easy as possible for you, as the merchant, to maximize your time being booked, and in turn, maximum revenue.

Initially I needed help with integrating the app. I was surprised to get chat replies on Sunday night! I totally recommend this trusted Shopify partner to ya!
