This application is extremely useful for any e-merchant looking to improve the experience of their customers on their shop. In addition to being free, the customer service is very responsive. I can't do without it anymore

This app is good so far, and support is responsive. It’s also easy to blacklist IPs you use so you’re not recording your own sessions.
