Great app! It has allowed me to make the accurate optimisations to my store pages based on real data. Eliminates all the guessing and reduces the amount of trial and errors needed.

I have not had this app downloaded for long, but it has already been useful for seeing how customers interact with my shop. Customer service is fast, polite and very helpful.

This app has already helped me to identify pain points for my customers when they visit my website. The recording has a high fps and shows where the customers click as they navigate. It also provides a huge library of saved recording and an analytics page to see relevant data. I am currently on the free plan and it's doing everything I need it to do, and as my business grows I will continue to use this app. It's been great so far the the customer service has been excellent.
