Propel Replay & Session Record

This app is gold. I was getting a lot of add-to-carts, but I'd lose a lot of people at checkout. I dug into the replays and discovered that the button to complete the order was not showing, so it was impossible for people to complete their purchase! After making the fix, the orders began to flow again. If I didn't have this app, It would have taken weeks or months to discover the problem!

It really is a very cool service. It works great. I recommend everyone to use it. They just have amazing and attentive customer service. They're on call, and they'll definitely help with any question. Although what questions?))) The service is very easy and efficient. I've been looking for something like this for a long time.
