Propel Replay & Session Record

I just arrived and already I find this application extraordinary, then the support is directly present, to help, to guide.
I will come back later to share my experience of using it, but I can already say that the support is really reactive

I think it's a great idea and a great app. It gives direct insight into what visitors are doing on my site. I can leverage this data to tweak prices, rearrange the site, etc., based on customer behaviors.

I would recommend this app for store owners who want to see how their customers navigate their page. With the help of this app, I realized I needed to change some things around on my store so my customers can have an easier experience navigating. They were also quick to respond in the chats.

This app has helped us see which sold out products customers are gravitating towards, where they are getting page errors, or what information they look for after viewing a product. It has been so helpful!

It's a very good app, it helped us understant the issues our customers had using several promotions on our website.
