I really enjoy that there is a free plan with a very reasonable amount of monthly views! They also offer page view boosts which I found to be pretty cool!

This app has been very insightfull, it shows me issues my customers are facing on the website, you get to experience your customers journey and see the issue they are having. this can help increase your sales where the customer may be leaving due to website experience, or you may need to update some information. very useful app. the Staff a very prompt and very help full without a doubt. Simple to install, use and the best part: the free version actually accomplishes something, instead of just teasing, or making you waste your time building something, to charge you later when it's time to use/launch the feature.

Installation of app was fast and easy. Also Tom from support has been ready to help in case of need. I did test of this my app by maself and and can say that this app is exactly what I was looking for. Now just need to wait for first potencional customers and check how I can improve my shop. Before that I have seen only number of visitors and did not know why they left.

Honestly I couldn't figure out why people weren't buying my items. I would run ads and no conversions. Then I downloaded this app and I could see exactly what shoppers were doing. It has really helped me see the flaws of my website. A great tool to improve your website for more conversions.

I have been using it for just a couple of weeks, so far it's good, I have used three other session recording apps and this one seems to be a keper!
