Great Support
Die App ist mit meinem Shop sowie dem Sevdesk verknüpft und die automatische Rechnungserstellung funktioniert lt. Testbestellung einwandfrei.
Über den Support kann ich nur in Superlativen sprechen. Ich habe eine Frage gestellt, wie ich die Steuern (OSS) in der App anpassen muss, und ich habe tatsächlich als Antwort ein Video bekommen, wo am Bildschirm genau gezeigt wird, was zu machen ist. Die Sevdesk-App von "Eshop Guide" ist jeden Cent Wert. Bin endlos begeistert!!!
Johannes war super bemüht mir bei einem Problem zu helfen und ein Highlight war, dass er mir ein Video aufnahm, mit einer Anleitung, was ich tun kann. Das war die Lösung :)
Es ist toll, so einen Support zu haben.

Anfangs war ich extrem zufrieden mit der App. Leider ist die App in den letzten Wochen von extremen Ausfällen geplagt... Es werden keine Rechnungen mehr in SevDesk erstellt... wenn die App dann seiner Arbeit nachkommt werden die nicht erstellen Rechnungen auch nicht nachträglich erstellt sondern müssen Händisch nachgetragen werden was extrem viel arbeit ist. Des Weiteren bekommt man auf Anfragen vom Support keinerlei Antwort und Reaktion! Also ich werde mich jetzt mal umsehen was es für Alternativen gibt...
Ich bezahle für einen 24 Monate plan und so hier nochmal bezahlen? Ein sche*ß Konzern der für alles das Doppelte möchte!!! bitte an lexoffice weiter gehen falls man nicht für alles extra zahlen möchte.
