Not a great experience for Merchants. Charging a $15 fee if customers aren't using the option and then having the audacity to announce a $14.99/month option to get same day payouts (which should be standard) is such a joke. I hope they go bankrupt and out of business.

It would be absolutely perfect if they didn't charge you $15 every single month even if nobody has used the service. Pretty tough on small business owners or those just getting started.

COMPLETE waste of money! I'm charged $15 per month regardless to if the service is used by customers or not.
The service is definitely NOT worth $15 per month. It doesn't even work most of the time. Customer service is also horrible! They don't even seem to troubleshoot the issues. I've missed many orders because of the service not working and, still no resolution
