ShineOn: Print On Demand

This app is very well integrated with shopify and is reliable. I think all the people at ShineOn are amazing! As an independent seller, I'm still working on getting my business going, but ShineOn offers a TON of support.

I just received my first sample and it is gorgeous. However, the lighted base doesn't work. I contacted Live Agent, Bianca, and she has already arranged for a replacement.

It is excellent and the service level is quick and Mary was very helpful.

There are many problems with the name necklaces. If you try to personalize to show a "from" or "to" input box, then the name for the pendant does not show. Therefore the only thing that can be personalized is the "Pendant" but not the card.

The variant selectors are not working. If you delete a variant it cannot be added back in. You have to start all over again. I just think that for such a big company, you can do better with the designing part of the process.

Shineon has a really great team and community, I am truelly grateful to Shineon as I am new to print on demand and the support they offer to new sellers is second to none. ShineOn you absolutely rock.
