I love how easy it is to browse through the products and customize them for my store. I love that I can add them from Shine-On directly to my Shopify.
I love that they show me what my cost is to have the order fulfilled as well as the sale price on my site, also showing me what my profit margin is. It helps me (on a budget) see and know how many sales on what I'm calling "starter products" I can handle so I can scale my new online business at a rate I can keep up with.

I also love how easy it is to navigate the site. I love how we can modify the personalized cards and I love how they still provide pre-done message cards for us. Me personally? The pre-done message cards are going to save me time and allow me to balance my time better with my very full time career.

ShineOn - love the company. Great high quality products, quick fulfilment, reasonable shipping prices (just reduced them on some products).
Weekly FaceBook group Lives that review new products, changes, etc. Can speak directly with the owners who run these meetings. Where else can you get this quality of product and service? Nowwhere that I have found. Not from the ones whos names start with letter "P".

Absolutely amazing company with what they do, there's nothing else quite like it...that I have found. The app itself is extremely user friendly, I've had no issues with it at all. Really appreciate the free plan for when you're just starting out. Products are also amazing, very high quality and the customization ability is great, very happy I started using this!

I am submitting this as feedback. I have not opened my store yet and will will be another few weeks before I do. I am in process of looking for products. I was also looking for something more personal and since I know you make your own jewerly I was disappointed to find out that you do not make these. I was looking for a deer head a buck urn charm on a nice necklace to give to my granddaughter Chloe on August 17th her wedding day. So that when she walked down the aisle she would know that even though her Papa could not be with her in real life he would be there to walk her down the aisle.

I love the product, but when I add them to my store it shows sold out I did reach out to your company by chat, but they weren't able to help me, but I will still keep on trying to figure out why it's doing that.

3. Product Status: Ensure that the products are set to "Active" and available on the sales channels you’re using.
