Easy to use and very informative

ShineOn as a company is great! They are constantly putting out information on how to start or grow your business. As a newcomer to the POD game, I SERIOUSLY appreciate that! My only wish is that they would update their products. The jewelry style seems to only appeal to 1 demographic - my 75 year old mother ‍[palm to face]. In their trainings, they keep saying that the actual product doesn't matter, but I'm sure it helps - I know that even if I LOVED the message, if the jewelry isn't appealing, I'm not buying it! I'll copy that message I love into a $4 card instead! I would LOVE to see some more variation in the product catalog.

I love the products. But Im giving a 4 because although they claim to be beginner friendly I still found that dealing with some of the create yourself products took me a long time to figure out. The information is there and easy to find, not very easy to comprehend. ......

I’m disappointed. They shouldn’t offer 2 day priority shipping if it’s not guaranteed and they don’t offer refunds. I understand no refund or return on the product but if i paid extra for a service i expect it or a refund because it’s not my fault and they get to pocket extra money. Let’s see if the product meets our standards atleast. I’ll be using a different vendor from now on.

Easy to design ideas come out just how I think should looks. It works haven't made any sells yet so. Still a good service so far.

Just getting started, but so far really enjoying this app. They offer a wealth of information and I'm excited to get the ball rolling.

I was amazed by the videos of sellers making huge profits with Shineon and i followed their channel and I can say that they're doing a great job honestly and they have a great sellers community, but when I installed their app and started designing and publishing products one month ago there was a real annoying huge issue about the "currency" setting in their app while it is set to USD by default in my Shineon account but when processing new product the price is always shown in my local currency which was confusing a lot beside that they said in their guide that the app automatically catch the shopify store currency and convert the prices by auto but that never happened which always causes to show wrong and non converted prices on my store, I did everything deleting uninstalling reinstalling publishing and again the issue still persists, contacted their live support chat by the way the support was kindly great and rapid and they said they're working to solve the issue and for a whole month after awaiting and contacting them several times nothing has been solved and the currency issue still persists, for anyone is not from USA or Europe be careful you should test everything before launching your store, for now im still waiting and i will uptade my review when they reply with updates.
