I love the product, but when I add them to my store it shows sold out I did reach out to your company by chat, but they weren't able to help me, but I will still keep on trying to figure out why it's doing that.

1. Check Inventory Settings: Make sure the "Track quantity" option is correctly set for your products in Shopify. If it’s tracking inventory, ensure there’s a quantity available.

2. Sync Issues: Try resyncing your products between ShineOn and Shopify. Sometimes a quick resync can resolve the issue.

3. Product Status: Ensure that the products are set to "Active" and available on the sales channels you’re using.
