There are many problems with the name necklaces. If you try to personalize to show a "from" or "to" input box, then the name for the pendant does not show. Therefore the only thing that can be personalized is the "Pendant" but not the card.

The variant selectors are not working. If you delete a variant it cannot be added back in. You have to start all over again. I just think that for such a big company, you can do better with the designing part of the process.

The app is well put together, good and fast support, a good and very active community. Many innovations and possibilities.

BUT since Feb. 2024 they simply closed the facility in the EU for weeks. It has now finally opened again. They moved from Amsterdam to somewhere in Germany. Since then the delivery time has actually gone UP. The promised improvement remains. Previously, deliveries to Belgium and the Netherlands were within 4-5 working days. Now 6-10 business days. It's 2024, this is taking way too long.

First, let me say that my customers' experience with the woven blankets have been very positive - great job!

However, the way in which I have to order a sample of items is very cumbersome. It's not as seemless as other apps where I can choose to order a sample without a problem. I haven't used ShineOn that much, but plan to do so, and can provide additional feedback later.

The app is glitching. When uploading artwork such as posters I have encountered it will not load product preview images.. I have to try it a few times to get images loading and sometimes not all options appear. I also do not like the image quality at all. My posters look grainy and not vibrant especially when you zoom in preview on my website. I think something is wrong on your end. I followed all requirements for images.

Not bad but their website is horrendous to design in. Product image rendering is good but that's about it, though it gets VERY slow when you want to select more images.

You cannot edit product designs even if there are no orders against them. Have a small mistake in something? You have to do it all over again. Tedious and manual to customize things. It's obvious they didn't spend a lot of time on the user experience for sellers/designers trying to get products ready. Product personalization lines have to be fiddled around with for each and every product as well.

Some product templates will not show your customized description and you have to use their templates for personalizations though there's no way to set that as a default so you have to manually edit the selection each time for each product you want on your store.

Bugs with product upsells, you'll have different sets of products (sometimes the same one more than once) for no rhyme or reason.

Hoping this is all worth it.

overall good app, but it is really difficult to know for sure waht product are made in Europ, if Europ is your market, brace your self to know what product are avalaible there :/

Lots of the new updates really messed up my store settings somehow and the menu on left to check orders and products is difficult to maneuver, it's a bit too small.

I made three products out of the same item, and all of them are shown as ready for ordering except one. They are literally all the same thing with one word changed lol

So far, I have yet to be impressed with this service. I initially signed up for the "Starter" subscription with a free 7-day trial but canceled it due to persistent issues I encountered while uploading artwork for a plaque. The platform's interface could be more user-friendly, making the uploading process cumbersome and frustrating. Furthermore, customer support needs to be more helpful in addressing my concerns. Given these challenges, I find it difficult to justify paying for a consistently unreliable service that fails to meet my expectations. I will consider subscribing again once these fundamental issues are resolved. Until then, I cannot recommend this service to others or see myself investing money in it.
