The app works for our site. While there have been a few minor issues, their customer service has been outstanding—always quick to respond and resolve problems. Overall, it's a solid app.

Amazing for package protection! I use to use nothing, until I had to refund a huge order that never made it. Then I used an app, but they made way too much $ off my sales and never help when I needed it most. This is a way to pay yourself for package protection & use that $ only when you need it! Genius! So happy!
