ヤマト国際配達のラベルにもリンクして欲しいです。特に来月からはEMSは米国に対して一律80ドルの関税がかかるので、他のクーリエに以降しなければなりません。ヤマトであれば国内と一緒に送れるので是非よろしくお願いいたします。

現在、ヤマト運輸と連携し、ヤマト国際宅急便をShip&coに追加できるよう準備を進めております。今年中のリリースを目指しており、できる限り早くご提供できるよう努めておりますが、現時点では正確な日程はお伝えできません。

複数店舗を運営しておりすべて海外向けECですが、今までコピペでFEDEX等のオンライン伝票を使用しておりました。
このシステム導入後、作業が簡略化しとても便利になりました。
また、トラブル時のフォローも迅速でよかったです。
弊社は海外と国内発送を両方行っているため、こちらのシステムに大変助けられております。
不明点がある場合も、サポートの梶本様にいつも迅速に助けていただいています。
最近は配達日時設定との連動も可能になり、ますます出荷が楽になっています。

The best app to quickly create shipping labels for your order. Simple, no bugs, fast and perfect UX.
I need to quickly fulfill order and create shippping labels with the possibilities of choosing the best price and service within my carriers. This app does this, it make all of this easy and above all very very quick.
ALSO IMPORTANT: you can partially fulfill your order (if you ship an orde in 2 or more times). This is so far the only app that allows to do that.

it's good but... their support is just email.
It would be nice if they could clearly put this on their website instead of having a new customer trawl through their website trying to find a solution.
If you have confidence that your email isn't going off into the nether to be ignored it makes you happy - turns out - they DO respond super quick- but I didn't enjoy feeling OMG here we go, no chat, no phone, just a contact form- I was delighted with the help I received btw and this app is a game changer

We’re sorry to hear that we didn’t meet your expectations, especially in terms of support response time. Could you let us know when we were late to respond? We’d like to investigate the issue and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Regarding the email you sent on September 19th at 11:53, we replied promptly at 12:03 and followed up again at 21:46 to confirm that the issue with your Shopify order sync had been resolved. If you didn’t receive our replies, could you check your spam folder? It’s possible they were mistakenly filtered.
As for phone support: We used to accept calls, but as a small team, we found ourselves spending hours on the phone, which affected our ability to respond to everyone efficiently. Our data shows that resolving issues via email is usually faster and more effective, especially when we need screenshots or to provide detailed instructions.
That said, we do offer the option to book an online demo or call for new customers. If you have any questions or would like to set up a demo, we’re more than happy to help.

This app is an absolute must have. The time it saves in creating labels for different shippers has helped to reduce our shipping work by at least 30%, likely much more, since filling out paperwork for international shipments is incredibly tedious.
このアプリは、国際郵便を使う販売者にとって絶対必要です。手間と時間がかかる国際郵便のラベルや関税告知書の作成が自動（しかも国に応じて）です。発送作業の時間は３割以上削減できたと思います。
Ship＆co は、またベータ版のときから7年以上使っていますが、このアプリがないと生産力が著しく低下すると思っています！！
Shopifyのアプリは３０以上入れて使っていますが、生産性コストでいうと、このアプリが一番高いですし、一度使ったらもう前に戻ることはできません！
海外のキャリア、国内のキャリアすべてに対応しているので、素晴らしいです！これからも愛用させていただきます。

We have used this app for several years now and it has been very beneficial in saving us time printing shipping labels.
