UPDATE (2025-10-03)
I am glad and thankful that they listened and fixed the issue ( we can no longer register multiple product types with the same HS code) and allowed us to continue using the product.

However, the performance issue with the product category keeps on changing when working on a large order invoice has not improved even a little bit. It is happening on all the computers that we are using. We have 32 GB RAM installed as well. This issue has been reported multiple times in the past.

We've been using this app for years already and it was really helpful to speedup our fulfillment process. We are still having some performance issues but I found a workaround (yes just a workaround) so we were able to continue using it. I reported the performance issue before but I was just told that it is NOT happening on their side and did not investigate further. I was using this app because I can make sure that the shipping address is correct, I can use the product types I listed on Ship&Co instead of the product names we used in Shopify so it will be easier for the Japan Post staff to understand what are the contents of the box.

However, they made a recent change wherein we can no longer register multiple product types with the same HS code. When I reported it, I was just told that "hopefully, you'll find some common description that will work for your items". I discovered this issue when I tried to clean up my registered product types on Ship&Co because I got an error when I tried to save them and all my changes were gone.

I hope someone can understand the issue we reported because I am already losing hope in this product.

As for not being able to register multiple product types with the same HS code, we recently reverted the change after careful consideration. We hope this decision of ours makes things easy for you again.

We were using the official UPS website to print the label for years without any problem with a laser printer. After I started to use this App I could not use the laser print to UPS label anymore, and the "best" response I had from the customer service was that I should get a thermal printer. With UPS you are able to use a laser printer, I should be able to keep working even with this app. I cant use it to print the UPS label, so only use this app to EMS.
it's really a shame since I pay and can only use half of the services

UPDATE: Year 2024
We were finally able to start printing the labels with the laser printer and using Chrome!

We are sorry you hadn't a positive experience.

Using Firefox, you'll not have this issue and you should be able to print your UPS label properly.

Update: we are happy to see that you now print UPS shipping label regularly with Ship&co
