I use ShipBob fulfillment in two stores. The system is intuitive and updated. No hidden fees. And they always introducing new centers.

Great company with great people! We have had a really positive experience so far and can confidently recommend ShipBob.

ShipBob is lightyears ahead in terms of accuracy, reliability, and responsiveness compared to our previous 3PL. We used to have a fulfillment center that made constant errors on shipments, rarely responded to our queries, and lost many of our packages. ShipBob is almost the complete opposite. Their team is very responsive to requests and transparent with upfront pricing, and overall very accurate with shipments. Would highly recommend.

Very easy to install and integrate my inventory.
Orders are fulfilled very quickly and my clients get their tracking number once the order is processed.

We've had a very easy time syncing orders and inventory with the ShipBob <> Shopify connector. The customer success and support team are knowledgeable and have quickly remedied any product issues.
