We use Shipbob for all of our fulfillment and warehousing needs. We can confidently rely on them for inventory tracking and receiving inventory.

Works great. Self-serve platforms are the standard for modern 3PLs and ShipBob is at the top. They've scaled seamlessly with our volumes, that have grown significantly over the last 3 years.

This is super easy and the customer service has been fantastic. We've been a long time customer of Shipbob and despite growing very fast they've kept up extremely well and have been great to work with.

We use Shipbob for our DTC channel and really like it! The real time shipping calculator integration with Shopify has been very helpful and allows us to provide true shipping costs to our customers. Shipbob support is great, they respond quickly and our account manager is AWESOME! Their dashboard is user friendly and they are always improving it which is much appreciated.

We really enjoy working with the ShipBob dashboard on a daily basis. For our customer service team, it's a simple way to keep track of the stage of every package (from picking, to shipping, to delivery), and to provide these details to our customers when necessary. This is a lot more than an app! Automates your whole fulfillment. Everyone at the company is super friendly, their software it's easy to use and their prices are great. I really recommend them. They also just raised a bunch of money so things should get even better!

ShipBob has allowed us to have a fully automated fulfillment service. It has an easy to use interface and they have great customer support.
