DO NOT go with Shipbob. Several hidden fees that they were not transparent about before coming onboard. If you're an apparel brand or any brand with several SKUs (i.e. size/color combinations), their warehousing costs are astronomical. Integration was easy and seamless. Continued support from ShipBob team has been invaluable. Order tracking has been timely and accurate
Setup was very easy even with additional marketpalces like TikTok Shop and Etsy importing orders. Highly recommended for startups looking to scale without the overhead of renting and staffing a warehouse. The implementation team was also great to work with. Shoutout to Maverick for making everything a breeze! No more dealing with label printers and packaging out of my 1-bedroom apartment :)
What the hell is wrong with those people"? Is it a fulfillment center or just a warehouse to store some stuffs? Why can't they fulfill my unique order? The ShipBob integration has been seamless. Very easy for me to monitor what's happening with my business. Dealing with ShipBob has been an A+ experience so far.
