I'm hoping it gets better but looking bad so far. My first order sat for four days before they shipped it out. One of things most advertised about ShipBob for Shopify store owners is their direct integration with the stores. That does not seem to include tracking notifications to the customer, so now instead of fulfilling orders, I'm constantly checking my phone waiting for confirmation that an order was eventually shipped so I can send to my customer. Got a bad feeling about this.

1. We never communicate with your end customer. The capabilities embedded within Shopify to send tracking emails are fantastic, and much more robust than we'd provide in terms of compliance with customer communication legislation like GDPR, CCPA, etc. Best leave this to the experts! And of course, if you need something more robust, apps like Klaviyo are phenomenal for this.
2. We submit tracking back to Shopify immediately upon the order being labeled, and scanned out of our warehouse by the carrier. This is best practice to reduce WISMO (where is my order?) questions.
Again, feel free to reach out, but this is expected behavior and I'm happy to strategize with you on how to make it better.

This app is really very good in as much as they have chosen to scan and crosslink. Some missing information would be very helpful in feeding back from this API actual cost of shipping, the weight of the shipment (actual vs dim), actual inventory.

We use Shipbob for our DTC channel and really like it! The real time shipping calculator integration with Shopify has been very helpful and allows us to provide true shipping costs to our customers. Shipbob support is great, they respond quickly and our account manager is AWESOME! Their dashboard is user friendly and they are always improving it which is much appreciated.
Shipbob has been our fulfillment partner since we started, and has been seamless to work with!! They continue to add value above and beyond their core features. We love them!
The integration with Shopify works great and Shipbob's technology and fulfillment network have allowed us to reduce costs and get our products to our customers quicker. Also, their analytics dashboard allows us to have all the data we need to run our business more efficiently. Highly recommended!
Using ShipBob for almost two years now. Seamless Shopify integration. Orders go directly to the ShipBob dashboard and are marked 'fulfilled' in Shopify once they're ready. We will keep working with ShipBob. They keep improving to continuously get even better. Really recommend using ShipBob.
We've been working with Shipbob since 2018 and there are several reasons why Shipbob has been the perfect partner. First of all, speed to scale with us, pick-pack and ship with a business growing 1200% in a couple of weeks. Second of all, the locations across the US. We sells flammable goods that need to be shipped via ground, so Shipbob has been a great ally as they have 3pls all over the US facilitating 2-3 day delivery time for any customer in the US. Specially when weather challenges happen, being able to have different 3pls to ship from, allows you to ensure you seamless supply chain.
Also their advanced software help us to quickly understand shipping costs and how to improve shipping times and costs by being closer to where your customer.

Ship on was exactly what our business needed. We needed a reliable company that would handle everything for us. Once an order is placed, they pick, package and ship it our for us. It’s truly a one stop shop. The platform is pretty simple for beginners which was a plus for us. If we are ever unsure or have questions the chat button and FAQ resources are there. No matter how big our business grows we plan on continuing with their services simply because it takes the headache away and they get the job done!
Works well. Haven't had any problems linking our Shopify store. I'm happy that they introduced an optional delay so we can run a one click upsell app.
Ship Bob does a good job for us. The interface is pretty easy to use and they ship on time. I would recommend them
