Shivam from the support team was amazing in helping me sync my Amazon Seller Central account to Shopify. The issue only 5 minutes to resolve and he was happy to jump on a call quick call to guide me through the steps. Great support team!

We have used this app for about two years now. We had a little issue with some of the settings and missmatch of skus, but Shivam was an excellent help to correct it all and make it load and sync properly. Overall, this app is fairly seamless. Occasionally, we have a rejected order, mostly due to stock in Amazon fulfillment running out before the next inbound shipment. We will continue to use this app, as it helps us use Amazon as a 3rd party logistics provider. I recommend it. You may need a specialist to help you set up all the settings and make sure your skus and UPCs etc. are all consistent. Webbee may offer a paid service for that. It is well worth it.

Their tech support is really good. I spoke with Manish today via their very convenient chat feature followed by a zoom call to finish updating something that should have been done by one of our team mates but wasn't done before leaving for vacation... Manish even helped me with a Shopify issue that had nothing to do with WebBee while we were on the call which was very helpful to this mostly non user that's trying to fill in over the holidays.
With WebBee orders are sent to Amazon flawlessly, fulfilled and then Shopify is automatically updated with tracking information. WebBee makes our fulfillment automated and seamless - I couldn't be happier!

I have been using Amazon MCF by Webbee for the past 7 months to route orders between our Shopify store and Shipbob 3PL and Amazon FBA. Unfortunately, my experience with this app has been extremely disappointing. Every single day, I encountered issues such as tracking numbers not uploading for orders and orders failing to submit to Shipbob due to constant SKU mapping problems.
Despite alerting the CEO AJ and management member Soonam about these problems, they were never properly addressed. The app’s management is very poor. I was even told that my $95 monthly fee doesn't cover the cost of fixing all the bugs, which is an unacceptable excuse. If the app cannot be properly maintained for the current price, then the price should be increased to ensure better service.
These daily headaches have pushed me to seek alternatives, and I strongly advise others to avoid this app at all costs. It has been a frustrating and unproductive experience, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

This app is the best of the best. Something that Amazon can't do, this WebBee app has done. We've been using it for the past three months, and it has all the functionalities that we need. The best part is how quickly they respond to your chat. They take less than one minute to reply and will send you a quick Zoom link to help you get things set up correctly or answer any questions you may have. The price is very reasonable, and customer service is top-notch. With all the features, a reasonable price, and excellent customer service, you can't ask for more.
