Thanks to Amazon MCF by WebBee, I was able to connect my Shopify store with my Amazon listing. The app functions exactly as I anticipated. I must admit that the integration process wasn't initially straightforward, but thanks to the tremendous support from the team, we were able to resolve the issue swiftly. Malik and his team were extremely friendly and proactive.

Excellent support! There is hardly any waiting time at all. 24/7 support available. They really take the time to ensure that all is in place and working as it should. Should you experience any issues, they are just an email, or chat support away. Support are conducted over a zoom call or over the phone, whichever you prefer. Very happy with my experience thus far in terms of the customer support I have received. Keep it up!

Great help - support walks you through the set up personally for free on all plans. Test order seems to be working very smooth - set up straight forward and easy to see within the app how everything is connected and working. Also a helpful plus to be able to see within the app how much you were charged by Amazon for each order's fulfillment.

Additionally, a smooth test order process and straightforward setup are important factors in ensuring that your order management system is efficient and user-friendly. Being able to easily track and view the charges incurred for each order's fulfillment through the app is also a useful feature for keeping tabs on your expenses and managing your business effectively.
Be aware this app is ignoring Shopify locations, you need to archive products in the backend to make sure they won't fulfill products not assigned to their locations. Make 200% sure you configured it properly as this app can magically fulfill orders already fulfilled and/or for SKUs assigned to other locations on the Shopify product backend. Their support was not replying to chat at first, but after leaving a negative review they called me straight away to fix the issue. 4 Stars as the issue was fixed and the app is working fine, despite a tough start.

An easy app to use and apply, everything is pretty self explanatory in terms of initial set up and further use. They are also available and willing incase any error comes up.
