Very impressed with this app and the customer service. The app makes it so easy to have my orders fulfilled automatically through Amazon fulfillment. Customer service has been great so far as well. Highly recommend.

Great app and amazing customer service! We are setting up this app for our FBA integration. They have been so patient in helping us set everything up, answering all of our questions, and jumping on zoom when we need help. Amazing customer support! The app has great features. Five stars. Highly recommend!

This app does exactly what they say it does - it links your Shopify products to your Amazon FBA accounts. When people buy your products on your Shopify Store and you have inventory at Amazon, this will submit the part of order that can be fulfilled by Amazon to them, automatically. The best part of working with WebBee is their customer support. It is amazing. Of all the software and vendors I use for my busines, they have been the most proactive and helpful. They reached out to me before I knew there was a problem and walked me through it step by step to fix the error, that I created when setting it up. This is not the most intuitive app to use, but it's not hard. There are just nuances you have to learn due to Amazon FBA terminology, which I wasn't familiar with. Once you get the hang of it, which was within two days of my support session with them, I felt confident with what I needed to do. If I could give them ten stars, I would. And, I never write reviews. They were that good at supporting my issues. Bravo, Team WebBee!

The app works perfectly, but more than that the customer service / support from the WebBee team is the best weve encountered in over 20 years in ecommerce. They are on it. You always get a polite reply with questions answered very quickly, if not by return.

I like this app so far. We are using it for a couple of weeks. It was easy to instal and operate. Good and easy settings/dashboard. Great customer service and fast response. We have some issue in settings from the beginning and resolve it very fast via zoom call and sharing screen with the knowledgeable person.

An easy app to use and apply, everything is pretty self explanatory in terms of initial set up and further use. They are also available and willing incase any error comes up.

Only good if you have only FBA, wont sync inventory or orders from FBM or any other inventory. With this limited functions, it was good untill they decide randomly to upgrade my plan. I;ve fulfilled around 54 orders which is well within their free plan limit, I was aske to upgrade to what I think it was USD 19 something plan. though it was nt justified I upgraded as I was more or less happy and didnt want inconvenience in Q4. But just after upgrade in apprx 20 days, one morening received a message that says, you orders are not synced and wont sync unless you upgrad to some USD 49 plan. This is really opportunistic move and was not even sent a single message before stopping. It was bit of inconveniences but decided to get away from them as my experience suggest they wouldnt bugg you in normal time but will definately in busy time relying you'd have to pay them - there are some words for suuch kinda behaviour.

The app is marking Amazon orders as fulfilled and then doesn't actually push the orders to Amazon. We have contacted support, who could not solve the problem. It has happened again to several more orders. Cannot recommend this as a solid solution
