This app was great before they recently canceled our FREE time unlimited plan for up to 50 orders per month. It took hours to initially set it up. We really enjoyed the customer service during the complicated setup and testing. What we don't like as a start-up is how they announced it. We would like a heads-up for longer than a day or two so that we can decide what's best for our business to move forward or find any alternatives. This very much reeks of Amazon's "We don't care about our Sellers" type of behavior, it seems that WebBee got the "bug".

Amazon MCF by WebBee is amazing!
Setup took all of 5 minutes, it basically works fine out of the box.
- Order Sync and Tracking info sync without any issues
- Stock syncing from Amazon to Shopify working perfectly
- Product import from Amazon to Shopify also works great.
On top of all that, a fast and helpful customer service.
Hands down one of the best Apps we have used so far.
We have dumped our EUR 1.000/month custom integration API for this app.

Works as inteded, but only with Amazon. You aare not able to connect it to eBay or Etsy the description states.

I want to warn you to avoid using this app.
I installed it and from the beginning got a problem with the synchronization of my inventory. The worker helped me and verified that everything works fine. On the 18th of March, I found that I received an order for 24 units. Unfortunately, a customer ordered only 1 unit but this app forwarded 24 units for fulfillment. After I contacted customer service, explained what happened. They told me that this is my error and refused to reimburse their APP mistake. So Please don't use it. Wish you success in your business.

We would like to tell you that we have Virtual Bundles commonly called Kit items to create a bundle of products, and offer a single product which can allow sellers to offer Buy 1 for say $10 and 3 for $25 discount, or Buy a pre-defined combo of items.
