I have been following up with them since almost a month. Without resolving the issue, they say it is resolved.
NOTE - This does NOT work with COD orders. They say it works, but when you push the order to amazon, sometimes it takes it as prepaid (VERY VERY RISKY), sometimes it ignores the discount, sometimes it double or triple the amount of COD. Overall the support including this app is pathetic.

They change the terms and conditions unilaterally without notice. We have been using some functionalities for years and now we find that it doesn't work. After losing a day investigating the issue, we find out that they moved the functionality to a more expensive plan and the only solution I get is to upgrade and pay more.
