Die volle Katastrophe in Verbindung mit dem Carrier GO!

Ich wollte von DHL weg und GO! anbinden, Shipcloud ist aktuell der einzige Dienst der dies ermöglicht! Auch noch gegen eine Einrichtungsgebühr von 250 Euro.
Geklappt hat es dann auch nicht auf das erste mal! Und jetzt bekommst es die App nicht einmal hin die Emailadresse für meine Kunden an GO! zu übermitteln, somit auch keine Versandbenachrichtung!

Ich kann jedem nur von diesem Unternehmen abraten. Der Support meldet sich auch schon nicht seit zwei Wochen bei mir!

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir entschuldigen uns sehr für die Unannehmlichkeiten.
Wie Ihnen das Support-Team bereits mitgeteilt hat, liegt das Problem an der Umstellung der Tracking-Funktionalität seitens des Versanddienstleisters. Unsere Entwickler arbeiten bereits daran, eine softwareseitige Anpassung vorzunehmen, was leider noch etwas Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Wie Ihnen ebenfalls zugesagt wurde, werden wir Ihnen die Setup-Gebühr selbstverständlich nicht in Rechnung stellen.

Wir bedauern die Unannehmlichkeiten noch einmal und bedanken uns herzlich für Ihre Geduld.

Super schnell integriert und funktioniert von Anfang an reibungslos. Wenn trotzdem mal eine Frage aufkommt, ist der Support super und regiert sofort.

best automated shipping solution for german (european?) shops in shopify's app store right now IMHO:
> you get access to all major carriers without the need for signing an account with every single one of them
> you benefit from shipcloud's cheaper shipping rates with ALL of these carriers; super handy for small/medium size businesses
> DHL is on strike (again)? just use another carrier via shipcloud...
> no more manual copy&pasting of address details to generate labels

customer support is second to none. quick feedback - clear statements.
enhancements are on their way as well... 5 stars from us
