"Where is my order?" (WISMO) is the one of the most common customer service requests in ecommerce. Shipdate helps improve customer satisfaction by sending an estimated shipping date to your customers. When a date is selected for an order, an email is automatically sent to the customer keeping them up-to-date. This will reduce support requests from customers asking when their order will ship. You can even customize the email template.
