Very easy to navigate and user-friendly dashboard. My onboarding specialist, Bela, has been incredible throughout the process of integrating with my Shopify store. The whole process has felt so seamless!

Great app! Bel has been helping us with our requests. She provides great service for us. She assists us with issues and other concerns.

As our company is getting more traction, the team has been extremely responsive and helpful with any inquiry we have. We were with Shipbob before and they couldn’t have cared less about us as a company, just our dollars. ShipHero should be your first look.

After a few bumps getting ShipHero setup properly, Bela from support quickly helped us get the app up and running as we had hoped!

The team is great, communication is key and they stay on top of it. I have been using them for over a year now and from Ground Packages to LTL shipments they have really gotten my business moving.

We' re really happy with how ShipHero has handled the onboarding process. Mari (ShipHero Employee) has been our personal guide and it has been priceless to have her help along the way. The one thing we would improve are better/more economical shipping options from our manufacturer to the ShipHero warehouse. The fees they charge for this are just too high.

Honestly, the first time I got to work with them I was surprised how professional they were!
Thanks to Clara she has helped me to fix some issues with Amazon. Of course there are many other representatives who were helping me along with the set up. I don't remember all their names but the whole team and company itself is great to work.

The customer service & onboarding team are top notch – big shout out to Silvana who was beyond helpful in my not-so-simple configurations of pre-orders & rules my business required!
