We've been using ShipHero for the last few years to manage our operation. We used to be on a custom cart and now are on Shopify Plus. We're a fairly large operation, with several large stores in New Jersey as well as https://www.winechateau.com/
ShipHero is a full solution for the backend of our business, including of course shipping, inventory and receiving, but also inventory value reports, purchase order generation and returns management. Using ShipHero with barcode scanners has made a huge difference in the efficiency and accuracy of our operation. ShipHero is dependable and reliable. I highly recommend ShipHero to anyone on Shopify or Shopify Plus!

Easy to use software right out of the box. Same look and feel as Shopify, so there's limited training needed.

It fits the needs of our large 8-figure turnover company with 50+ employees, covering everything from Wholesale, Goods In, Barcode Readers, Different User Access Levels, iPad App for even easier access and use, easy plug-n-play with Shopify, and the best help and support you could wish for. Fast, prompt and genuinely helpful.

We looked at all of the other solutions, and ShipHero was by far the best value for money. They're difficult to beat.

WE LOVE SHIPHERO!!! From order fulfillment to inventory management, could not ask for anything better. The iPad/iPhone integrations make life easy and reduce packer error like nothing else. Great team, great support, couldnt ask for anything more!

We are very happy with shiphero! We did tons of research on all the inventory apps available which led to shiphero and sku labs. We installed both apps and did a series of tests finding that shiphero had a lot more features for inventory management and shipping. Shiphero is great to get started with inventory management with plenty of room for growth. Their mobile app is great also for sending shipments in just a few clicks.

Here are a few things that we really like about the app:
1) We store pdf's within the sku's for technical drawings (would love it if we could upload other files, currently just have the ability for images and pdf's)
2) We have nested kits so we know every individual part that makes up our products. Also allows for effortless inventory tracking.
3) We have an automation rule set to use a customers shipping account when they place an order and our shipping account for regular customers. We also have automation rules set to prioritize shipments.
4) We set up vendors for different departments of our business to send purchase orders when we need to manufacture more of our products.
5) Any questions or help we need they are very quick to respond with knowledgeable people on the other end.
6) All outgoing orders are quickly barcode scanned for accuracy with visibility showing that the packer did his job correctly.

I highly recommend this app. Their product and service is so great that I had to take the time to give them a great review for all their hard work!

The on-boarding process with ShipHero was made easy by Danielle. We are extremely fortunate to have had someone walk us through step by step, answering all of our questions during the on-boarding process. We are a quickly scaling business, so switching over to a new order fulfillment and inventory management system was bound to be a challenging task. Thankfully this process was made much easier with hands on help from Danielle and the rest of the ShipHero team. We are about a month into operating with ShipHero in place and it has been the best thing to happen to our operations process – without question. ShipHero patiently worked with us to move from a fulfillment center into our own warehouse and distribution center. The app and software are fantastic and have allowed us to streamline picking, packing, receiving, purchase orders, warehouse management, inventory control and all the other important processes that go into running an online business today. The system is easy to use and employees were able to learn how to use it within minutes. The best part about the app though are the people that support us and the fanatical support they offer. ShipHero staff work together as a team to make my third party vendor integration seamless and functional in a matter of couple of days.
My third party vendor was not willing to spend time and effort to integrate with ShipHero due to their "budget". But ShipHero know how to make it happen quick. THis proves that ShipHero knows their customers' needs and third party vendors' databse well. If I were third party vendors, I would spend time and effort to make the integration happen quickly because it will help you and your customers - BUSINESS +CUSTOMERS SERVICE

-Integrated with their 3PL service Shiphero can do it all and their team is extremely helpful in leading my team to confidence on their platform. Ultimately Shiphero is a complex and powerful tool that should not be underestimated. With Shiphero we focus on "How to do X?", rather than "Is X possible?", bc more often than not: Yes with Shiphero it is possible. Additional note: Their UI is polished to make the basics shine. My single quip is that they do not allow for "OR" "AND" in order searches
