We are very happy with our transition to Shiphero from Shipstation. Our onboarding contact was very helpful and the go-live process is communicated with clear expectations. ShipHero has literally changed our business as a full-service 3PL (GrowthJet.com). The software is incredibly intuitive to use, the iPad app for picking has reduced our labor workload significantly, and there's even a surprisingly large amount of data/analytics you can get out of it. Ship Hero helps us organize and execute on our our subscription service with ease as well as handle our daily order volumes with precision. Automations are a very handy feature along with many other clever features that will help any growing Shopify site succeed.

ShipHero has been incredibly easy to use from the beginning, and the support team has been very helpful. The mobile apps make it easy for me to work from anywhere in the warehouse.

We've tried about a half a dozen different systems and have to say that ShipHero is the best out there! Not only is the system a head above the rest, but the support they offer is simply unbeatable. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

We've even become more profitable because of the error prevention system that they have in place. Simply outstanding and highly recommended!
