ShipHero Inventory & Shipping

I've had a few pain points with ShipHero but overall the experience has been very positive. The highlight for me has been their customer support team --- they offer live chat support and almost always reply within minutes, with a dedicated rep that's super knowledgeable about the platform. I've found a lot of apps within the Shopify store that have offered excellent CS support, but it's hard for me to think of one better than ShipHero so far.

I love Ship Hero. Running the warehouse and managing inventory is soooo much easier with it. They get e-commerce and what we need.

Great shipping and inventory app. It decentralizes the shipping process while keeping track of inventory and pick and pack performance. It has some neat features.

As other reviewers mentioned, if you have a store with a lot of items, multiple warehouses and, in general, if you require a more complex solution than just pack and ship, ShipHero is a great option.
That's not to say they are extremely easy to use or install. All the features they offer results in a certain complexity and a relatively steep learning curve in getting used with the app. Also, dealing with their support requires patience and grit.

Shopify + ShipHero is the best way to run your business, and that's all you need from an operations perspective.

We have 2 stores and We sell on Amazon too. We needed an inventory management solution. Shiphero has simplified our workflow. Shiphero is more powerful with an iPad and bluetooth scanner. We don't need paper invoice or packing slip any more.

ShipHero is the best software for running an ecommerce business where you ship product. The software has a ton of flexibility. Make sure you take advantage of the onboarding calls and get help with your setup. You need to map your warehouse locations to your Shopify Locations or you'll end up with confusing stock situations. Once you get the setup done, ShipHero is killer.

We got our error rate down to 0.01% and we're faster than ever before on shipping. Receiving is lot easier to track. Returns are awesome.

The automation rules are very powerful, you can automate how you want orders handled based on dozes of criteria.
