We switched over to Shiphero from Shipstation in March of '17 and we couldn't be happier. We switched over initially because we needed our pickers to have the ability to scan products - we had lots of issues with shipping the right item wrong size previously. After the adjustment period when people are learning the software and forcing it to do things it is attempting to stop, everything runs smoothly. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify which has been fantastic, one thing we wished there was Quickbooks integration but we've found a decent piece of software called Softcookies to handle this. The Shiphero staff has been quite professional and expedient when answering questions or fixing any problems we've come across and have made the transition and continued use of Shiphero to be nothing short of wonderful!
We chose ShipHero because we needed an end-to-end solution for managing inventory, all in one place, that could sync with Shopify and also with our own custom stack (through the API). Another requirement we had, is our shipping labels needed to be on the bottom of our invoices, this is not a normal offering of ShipHero, but they offered to implement a custom solution for us which was a lifesaver. The iPad and scanning solution has been great for our warehouse to manage orders and inventory and ensure integrity. Their development team has also worked around the clock for us to implement crucial bug fixes and feature enhancements. If you plan on selling 1000's of units and scaling beyond this is definitely a solution I would recommend.

Shiphero is a valuable piece of software that is cost effective and flexible. It out performs its competitors that are in the same price tier in almost every category. Additionally, the Shiphero team is great to work with and cares a lot about the product and customer experience.
Shiphero goes above and beyond to work with the Shinesty team, even after hours, to ensure that our fulfillment system is always running at 100%. Definitely some of the best customer support I've ever experienced.

ShipHero team is very responsive and helpful with setting up the product. The live inventory sync between the warehouse and our Shopify sites is awesome! It nearly eliminates our out of stock orders. Also, being able to see the status of each order in real time is great. Highly recommend.

We were utilizing several different solutions which created many points for errors and lag times on order processing.
Since we have moved over to Ship Hero we ship orders same day, have accurate inventory counts, every item has a location and it's an EASY to use system.
The team is amazing to work with, great support especially in the on boarding process which for us was a lot since we were moving over several different programs into one.
There is way less manual work involved in order processing and we have one place to check for shipments, inventory, processing and orders. Couldn't be happier to give them 5 stars. It really has been a business MUST have for us!

We're a large Mexican retailer that recently launched its e-commerce. Since launch day the achieved volume was much higher than anticipated. Our legacy systems were incapable of communicating with Shopify, so the picking, packing and shipping was done manually. Errors and late orders were growing out of control.
