I reached out to shiphero to request a new field in the Automation Rules, to allow us to have a start and stop time and date for offering our customers a free gift with purchase. After contacting a few apps, shiphero was the only one that offered a solution. Now we don't have to manually set this rule!

ShipHero has been a real blessing to our operation and has proven itself to be a real solution to a number of time-consuming issues we've had.

The fundamentals of our warehousing process are:
-picking orders from about 100 SKUs
-determining the most efficient shipping method
-packaging the order

ShipHero was likely not designed for our particular needs, but we found it to be highly adaptable and the customer service was truly top notch. We realized just the other day that it was the first day since we had implemented ShipHero that we had not been in contact with their engineers at some point. This level of customer service is what makes a SaaS product great.

Don't misunderstand this statement: features of ShipHero were behaving exactly as intended. We simply had fairly technical questions about how to adapt ShipHero to our needs and the staff were more than happy to help.

I even had one incident where our company was ready to pay ShipHero engineers to develop a custom modification for us. I had a nice screenshare with Aaron Rubin where he pointed out, in an extremely polite and helpful way, that ShipHero was already solving our issue and no development would be needed.

When I first started looking at developing inventory and restocking strategies for our company, I noted the difficulty in tracking changes in inventory due to our 5 different sales channels. ShipHero immediately resolved this issue by giving us the ability to process fulfillment (and thus inventory) for all of our sales channels.

It helped us wrangle out-of-control international shipping losses before they became a serious issue for our finances.

It increased our fulfillment accuracy to the theoretical maximum level (100% accuracy on the human side) by supporting barcode scans and simplifying the flow of decisions for our shipping employees.

ShipHero was designed with Lean best practices in mind. We now have a shipping process that features a very high work content, with tons of data available in the reports to help us with continuous improvement projects.

We are able to fully train shipping employees in around 2 hours now.

As an E-Commerce business analyst who is obsessed with data-driven business decisions and the tenets of Lean, I wholeheartedly recommend ShipHero!

Our business was growing at such a rate that we could barely keep up with the volume of orders each day. Once we found ShipHero, it was game on! It seemed as though every thing we needed to improve upon to grow our business, ShipHero had an answer for. The ShipHero Support staff was instrumental in assisting in the implantation of their system. They stayed in constant communication every time we had questions about how to use or implement the system until we had a solution. With a very useful support web page, YouTube videos, LIVE webchat, and the rest of their solutions support team, setting up ShipHero was not that hard at all.

In a little over 6 weeks, our warehouse went from the stone age to the 21st century and we couldn't be happier! The warehouse used to be a focal point of our attention, now that we have ShipHero in place, we can focus our entire attention on continuing to grow our business!

I've used several shipping softwares and none of them have had as many features and customization as ShipHero. While we do run into some glitches here and there, it's because they are constantly working to improve the software. They are quick to resolve any issues and really listen to feature requests. The connection to Shopify is incredibly quick and accurate. This software has vastly improved our inventory management and fulfillment. The care that went into our onboarding process can't be beat. Our onboarding specialist made sure we were able to transition our processes as seamlessly as possible and helped tailor the system to our shipping requirements. Thank you Mike & ShipHero!

Shiphero has been one of the best decisions for our logistics. We have been able to handle more order volume efficiently and more precisely. It has even allowed us to expand our warehouse operations. Our experience with Shiphero has been awesome! PROS
- Incredibly efficient pick/pack/ship. We have almost doubled our efficiency in the warehouse.
- Accurately pushes inventory levels to many sales channels
- Customer support is responsive and actually cares
- Easy to use kitting/bundling
- Automated shipping rate shopping CONS
- Steeper learning curve than some software
- Initial setup takes time to do correctly - Minimal reporting analytics

The shipping of orders is amazing - inventory management is horrible it always oversells inventory and the API with Shopify is not working currently. The customer service people are nice but it takes so long to get tech support help when we have urgent issues. (you can pay extra to have support, but why pay for tech support when the product should be working) You also must pay $99/user if you are on the basic plan. We have lots of packers and this is not ideal especially when you're paying for a service that only works 25% of the time. Hoping for improvements but until then I am shopping around for new systems. Also I will mention that when I recently spoke to support he was so nice and I told him my frustration was with the system and not him and he said "yes we get a lot of angry customer calls". Not impressed.

ShipHero is great! It is our first WMS and a good fit for a growing e-commerce operation. We transitioned from a paper pick ticket process to barcodes and scanners and ShipHero pretty much does everything we need it to do. Onboarding was very helpful. Danielle stuck with us and answered all of our questions. Post-onboarding support has been great as well. They actually add features that we request! We needed a custom report through their API and their developers made it happen for us! Their ecosystem is a little jumbled between multiple apps and web-based platforms. It can be hard to know where to find certain settings and there are multiple exports/imports for different product details. Hopefully this will be streamlined in future updates.
Consistent weekly upgrades and bug fixes are great. The software seems to be getting better all the time.
