it was easy to install , the customer support team is great especially Morris , they saved me tones of money with packages lost by UPS, I love it that it is free for me, they only charge the customer a small fee

Very responsive, easy to set up, and promptly took care of all the customization features that I needed.

Customers have been happy with the claims process and it feels good to have the peace of mind that lost or damaged packages don’t come out of my pocket.

Great shipping insurance app. They are very responsive and always ask for our feedback which is appreciated. The set up couldn’t be easier. Haven’t had any issues with the app either!

My store was getting a lot of chargebacks but this app quickly eliminate that. Their support is awesome. Really recommends

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry that this experience was terrible for you, and we take full ownership of what happened. Our merchants are at the center of everything we do, and we promise to pay claims on everything that is not fraud. In this instance, we were informed by the carrier that it was still in transit and wanted to give them ample time to come through on their promise to deliver the package. Since this experience, we have changed our policy and will pay claims sooner and with less hassle. We have also substantially built out our claims department and are available 24/7. We were in the wrong, and we promise to be better for you and your customers moving forward.
