Making the move to partner with a 3PL for our eCommerce site was pretty scary! But Pascalle and the team at Shipmonk have gone over and above in supporting us during the transition. We've been super impressed with their communication and timely responses. We'll definitely be recommending Shipmonk!
My experience with Avi as our Onboarding Expert for the Shipmonk was nothing short of exceptional. From our very first interaction, Avi demonstrated a unique blend of professionalism, knowledge, and interpersonal skills that made the entire onboarding process seamless and enjoyable.
Avi's in-depth understanding of the Shipmonk platform and its integration with Shopify is truly impressive. He possesses a granular understanding of the platform's features and capabilities, and he was able to translate this knowledge into simple, easy-to-understand terms for our team. As a result, we were able to get up and running on the platform quickly and efficiently.
Shipmonk customer service is second to none. With no previous experience in logistics I was a little concerned with how the process may turn out, but their customer service have had prompt answers to any concerns. We've been with ShipMonk for awhile now and they have been absolutely wonderful! When we first partnered with them they were a bit smaller and still somewhat new, since then they've grown into a larger 3PL company, with updated backend apps/software, more staff, more features, warehouses, better prices, etc. The backend software/dashboard is intuitive, constantly getting updated, it shows your whole business at a glance and is easy to see and edit your orders from a birds-eye-view. After the initial onboarding process, everything integrates perfectly with Shopify. We've personally had little to no problems with ShipMonk themselves, errors are usually caused by USPS or other shipping companies. When we do have an issue or concern, the "Happiness Engineers" at ShipMonk are phenomenal, they're your personal point of contact and you really establish a good relationship with these engineers, they can help you with anything you need to ensure things go smoothly and they respond very quickly. Overall, we're very happy with the service from ShipMonk. With any 3PL you will run into issues here and there, it's a complicated logistical system shipping millions of packages a year, but with ShipMonk, together we've ironed out the initial issues and have been smooth sailing to success!

ShipMonk has an extremely easy integration system that allowed for quick and seamless inventory and shipping integration. They have been extremely responsive when contacting them, I am very pleased with the app and services provided.
Shipmonk is a great order fulfillment center for eCommerce especially for young startup companies.. Quick Customer service and great online application/platform are among their main benefits. We have integrated ours with Shopify store. Two locations in CA and FL can help you optimize shipping costs.

The app integration was fast and easy. We hired Shipmonk to fulfill orders for our startup business on Shopify. We were assigned a designated Happiness Engineer (HE) who walked us through an onboarding session to get our team familiarized with the system. Our fulfillment and shipping required custom packing specifications depending on the platform/store orders were processed from and the team was able to work with us on this. When our HE was not available, it was easy to reach out to Shipmonk for assistance by submitting a ticket online in which we would receive a response within 24 hours. The only drawback that we experience is the communication between pacific and eastern time. Although our company is based in California, we preferred the Florida warehouse to complete our order fulfillment. Overall, we are satisfied with Shipmonk’s services and team of professionals.
Honestly the transition to a 3PL was not easy nor quick. However since we found Shipmonk we felt confident Shipmonk could take us to the next level as far as of fulfillment and storage.
Our Happiness Engineer is amazing, she's trustworthy, she assist us with any issues that may arise. I'm happy to say the communication we have developed is hard to find.
In the beginning we would meet weekly until we got the hang of things, then monthly to now only if needed.
Their SOPs are within regular expectations, nothing crazy or out of this world.
I would definitely recommend using their services, I do recommend to do some research and ask as many questions, so there are no unmet expectations or surprises.
My onboarding associate, Katie was excellent. She was knowledgeable about all the processes, patient with all my questions, and thoughtfully thought through my questions to provide solutions to my issues.
