Excellent time saver and improves shipping address accuracy. ShipNerd rates are excellent and the customer support is second to none. If you have ever tried to get through to customer support with the big couriers you know how infuriating that can be. One quick email to our rep Steve and he is on it usually within minutes!

I see all the rave here. I did try it and a total fail. Also, I wish my emails would get a response.

Installed the app, had to signed up, shipments were supposed to show up in myshipments according to developer. Checked myshipments nothing, check safari and chrome still nothing here. I do not have the time to investigate this any further, either it works or it does not. Apps should help me perform better, faster and efficient. In my humble opinion this app does not quality.

This app has made our life so much easier shipping across the border with a very simple to use platform that integrates well with Shopify! They always take care of our needs and concerns in a very timely manner!
