ShipperHQ has helped us solve a unique problem for our business. We have very heavy products (canvas tents) that need to ship-alone/not combinable. We were never charging enough on our shipping costs - and were losing our shorts in ship fees - before we switched to ShipperHQ. Now we're charging the customers correctly for what they're ordering. What a wonderful thing! :)

We've been using this app for months now on one of our sites. So far so good. It requires quite a bit of learning curve to setup but support is super awesome. They won't give up on you until you achieve what you're looking for.

I agree with what people said here.
This app has a steep, steep learning curve. I was very lost in reading their help docs. The customer service was quite poor. The guy wasn't patient and kept sending me help docs that were not helpful. It is an expensive app but did help me out.

I've been using ShipperHQ for years. It's great for dimensional shipping. It has saved our customers and my company a tremendous amount of time and money. We get accurate shipping costs through the app.

Great app for live shipping rates. A little slow on loading at checkout sometimes but good for easily integrating UPS and USPS shipping rates on to our website.

the concept is just great. The way they have their different payment plans is based on the type of support you can receive as customer, which makes that you get a poor experience when wants to upgrade.
