App does exactly what it says. I can inform my customers if we cannot deliver to them! Plus the customer service is incredible! Live chat and if there are any changes I require they sort it out for you! Brilliant!! Thank you!

I'm still in my free trial period but so far this app is doing everything it needs to do. The support in getting set up is great. The bubble at the bottom that allows users to pull up the zip checker on their own was originally overlapping with my Shopify inbox bubble, but I was able to move Shopify inbox to the left and now they sit perfectly together in the site. I recommend this one for sure! It was the only one I could find that allows a user to check their zip before they get to the product and cart pages, which is what I needed. You don't want to be filling your cart and then realizing the company doesn't ship to you. Well done shopsappers!

I've been trying to contact support for weeks and this week the app stopped working, I can't edit anything, we have customers from new areas that we want to add to the list of zip codes but the app doesn't work. We are losing customers!

We're really sorry to hear of the difficulties you've had with our app.
This definitely doesn't sound like the service we try to provide to our merchants.
As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our merchants.

It was an uncommon instance from our hosting service provider.

We tried contacting you multiple times after this instance, we got bounced email from sugerencias@alacenademonica.com.
We tried other two emails as well, we didn't hear back. Probably they too not delivered/in contact?
Hopefully you can read here this after months of our email follow up.

Our apologies again for the inconvenience caused 😞.
We can't fix the past but we would love to make things right if you give us another chance.

This app deserves a Five Star but I was very disappointed when I found out that I could only apply rules at the product level instead of at the collection level. I would think I should be able to add a collection else it will be too much manual work to continue to update the rules with each new product.
