I highly recommend Shipping Rates by ZipCode. I have been looking for a shipping rates solution for the past 3 years (since we launched our store). It seemed impossible to find out that could do what I wanted. We ended up sticking with the native Shopify shipping solution and we "made it work for us". It was not ideal, but it worked. I found Shipping Rates by Zipcode late in 2020. I downloaded the free trial and began building out the app. I created 11 different shipping zones from FedEx, the respective zipcodes per shipping zone, and the weight ranges of our boxes that we ship with the respective shipping service. It was a full project but one I am proud of. Since we subsidize our shipping costs, this customization was highly important. After everything had been set, I had a complication from products we sell that do not need to be expedited versus items that need to be expedited. It took about 1 week and they had a solution created to fit my need. I cannot thank Shipping Rates enough for the stellar performance, the incredible customer service, and the willingness to hear me out and gauge if my request/issue was worthy of adding the feature to their app. If you are looking for a shipping app solution, look no further. Seriously, this app is incredible. Thank you guys!

The app is amazing and what is even better is the customer service. They resolved my problem in no time and they were always available alongside while solving the problem. They also helped me implement my ideas for my website without any hesitance. SID, the executive who helped implement everything, worked like a breeze and was very helpful throughout. So far so brilliant. I couldn't bother someone so much that I did to Sid while setting up and customising the app. We had specific requirements and this app was best fit to achieve the desired result. There may be apps out there but the exceptional support is what is required to see your clients happy, Sid did just exactly. He went above and beyond to customise the app/theme for me and fixed issues that were completely out of scope for him. Highly skilled! 100% RECOMMENDED to anyone looking for custom shipping options that aren't available on Shopify by default. Thank you Sid & team!

This app helped me break down my shipping into zones for cold logistics as well as having a flat rate for national products that are ambient. I was also able to calculate free shipping and link it to specific zones and product types.

Le must des application de calcul et gestion des dates de livraison. Rien à dire c'est au delà des nos attentes. Nous avons pourtant essayé de nombreuses applications. Aucune livraison ne passe à travers une date.
