Their support is very helpful. I experienced some issues with this app clashing with other functions on the website, but Sid helped me figure it out. The fact that the app was causing problems in the first place is not so positive, but the response was quick and he didn't stop until the problem was fixed, also they have all the features we need, so we will continue using it.

I installed this app because I needed the ability to provide variable local delivery rates to my customers, based on cart contents and customer tags. I needed to replicate my current state with delivery date and timeslot management as well as configure my desired future state, which included several zones and several variables rates. The support team referred me to their technical Lead, Sid, who created the entire configuration for me in a test theme, worked with me to test and tweak the settings, and was then on hand for every little question as I migrated the theme to production. He supported me almost constantly over a 3 day period, including over the weekend. I've never encountered this level and quality of support before, and I could not be happier with the outcomes provided by the app!

This is a very good app. I have built a similar plug-in in Magento 2. This works very well and has very advanced features. You can combine calendar and standard shipping methods, check date availability with carrier API. This this a top notch module. Highly reccomend
