Fantastic support. We have a slightly different Shopify setup with multiple inventory locations and the team took the time to understand exactly how our business operates. The app allows for some fairly complex shipping structuring and does exactly what it is supposed to. Highly recommended if you need something more complex than the out-of-the-box shipping solution offered. Especially if you want an app that you know is actively supported.
