This App has been absolutely brilliant, it has solved the issues on my store with Combined shipping with the customers being charged twice if order came from two locations. The support was fantastic and i am so happy we have found the app. Thank you Aditya!

I’ve been struggling with Shopify’s default shipping profiles, I had two hampers (alcohol + non-alcohol) in different profiles and every checkout stacked the two shipping fees. I installed ShipMagic, hoping to find a better solution, and Adiyta from their team truly saved the day.
From the moment I reached out, Adiyta was on the ball. They jumped on a call with me almost immediately, listened carefully as I explained that I needed to stop shipping rates from being doubled for mixed-cart orders. Then, he walked me through how ShipMagic’s “rate blending” can be configured to pick the highest of the two rates instead of summing them, exactly what I needed.
During the call, Adiyta:
Quickly understood my Shopify setup (how I had previously used multiple shipping profiles)
Explained how to configure ShipMagic’s rules based on product tags (I tagged my alcohol products “alcohol”)
Helped me build a blending rule so that if a customer adds both an alcohol hamper and a non-alcohol hamper, they only pay one shipping rate (and it's not the sum of both — just the higher)
Talked me through testing the rules using different shipping addresses (Jersey vs UK mainland)
Stayed patient, answered all my questions, and made sure I was confident with the setup
Since implementing the rule, everything works exactly as intended: a Jersey customer sees the correct rate for alcohol only; a UK customer doesn’t get offered shipping for alcohol; and mixed orders always generate a single, fair rate. No more overcharging.

Excellent app to solve Shopify's shipping profile problems! We needed the app to create different cart scenarios since we have products with multiple shipping dates as well as products that will be shipped together with the first shipment depending what the customer orders. The app works like a charm for this. The customer service is more than we could ask for and they always reply super quickly.

Aditya has the most amazing customer service i've experienced in a shopify app. He took the time out of his weekend to jump on a call with me regarding an urgent shippin problem I had and resolved it immediately. The app is top notch as well, couldn't recommend more!
We ran into an issue when we started dual fulfillment from two locations.
Customers were being charged double when products in one order ship from both locations.
