Update: 8 months later, Aditya has continued to help me when I needed to change my settings. He is available quickly and his help is invaluable to my comfort to know that everything is set up correctly.

A fantastic app with great capability. Incredibly useful for plugging the gaps that the Shopify shipping capabilities fall short of. We noticed an issue created by a Shopify update launching split shipping. We raised this with the customer service team and they fixed it in their app in about 3 hours. Incredible turn around time.
