Fancy that a Free app and all you have to do is use Shopify's most expensive plans which are no value at all
Hi,
1. Having CCS is mandatory to use ANY third party shipping rate app including ours. It is a rule implemented by Shopify and we cannot do anything about it. We have also mentioned it on our app listing.
2. You do not have to upgrade to the most expensive plan to get CCS. It is available on the Shopify plan as well.
Thank you for punishing us for a crime we did not commit. My whole team who have worked tirelessly day and night is very grateful to you.
