App is a nightmare. Can't put in decimal points in the flat rate, so $1.25 shows up at $125. App did not work upon activation. Also once installed, my flat rate shipping turned into weight based. Waste of time.
Happy to help here - The $1.25 no worries :) just shoot a message to the team. Weight based Shipping - sorry we don't touch these settings. Potentially its a setting in shopify that's been ticked. This has never happened for any other merchant.

Very quick to set up and works really well. I had it up and running in 5 minutes. The ability to select the cost based on order value is great and very flexible. You can't beat the cost and Monster Cart knows their stuff when it comes to shopping cart enhancements.
