This application is a must-have in every site that needs to deal with freight costs of goods. My customers love it as it's very simple and straightforward to use. The best thing is their willingness to assist in any special cases you may have the support team beyond excellet. You and I know the biggest problem dealing with indivial apps can be just a nightmare to get them to work together. I had a minor calculation issue with a wholesale application (Wholesale all-in-one) they went beyond and above and got it to work perfectly! Big thank you for making it easy on my end.
So far so good :) I recently installed the app, it was easy to plug into my webstore, and in less than a day I received an email from the provider stating that they had performed a last review and adjusted the calculator to my store's theme, loved that! (I'll update afterwards if it indeed reduces abandonned carts!)
Looks super promising! I think it can really help with conversions! Will install it on the store front / product pages and see if this makes an impact
I like this app very much, because it is easy to see the shipping costs for the the customer without reading our big shopping documentation. The support also answering very quick and profession via email which is enough for me. No live chat needed. It is the second tool from Black Belt. Also design adjustments were done very quick.
