Shipping Rates Calculator Plus

Such a smart app and great follow up customer service. As a very small business I couldn't justify upgrading my plan to show calculated rates at check out, but for just a few dollars this app shows my set rates in my admin so customers know the full amount they will pay. Great app easy to install and is running perfectly since set up. Perfect for customers so they can see total costs straight away.I even received an email from Mike within 12 hrs saying he had fined tuned it to compliment my store, that's great customer service, especially when you didn't ask it. This app is definitely 10/10.

I did a lot of research to provide best shipping information for my customers and I've found this perfect app. It's simple and easy to understand for the customers. It's easy to install as well. Really awesome app and even better customer service! Without me even asking, they went into my store to make sure the app was working correctly and then tweaked the look of the rates just a bit so it would fit even BETTER with my store's theme! Our site, www.TheGameSteward, installed this app about a week ago. We love it! It allows our customers to see the cost of shipping in their carts as they add items while shopping our storefront. It is accurate. Easy to use. Full of options for customization. It delivers what it promises and does so in a visually appealing way.

Been on my site for months now. No feedback from customers, but I like the idea of it and how it works.

I purchased and downloaded a custom theme. I no longer needed most of the apps I was using. I really wanted to stop paying monthly fees for apps. It really was getting expensive. My new theme does everything for free.
But one very important thing is this app. Since installing this app my abandon carts went from almost one a day to one every week or two.
Clearly showing your customers the shipping fees is a MUST!

Great app, great customer service.

I realized our abandoned cart rate was at a staggering 90%. I assumed it was the fact that our customers couldn't see how much shipping was until they inputed their address info.

Within an hour of installing the Shipping Rates Calculator we received an order. Within 8 hours many more orders poured in!
