Dhana has been extremely helpful this morning on several fairly complex requirements I had for my store shipping options. I was not sure how to begin trying to get these to work but now our customers shipping options will be clearly shown at checkout with tiered pricing levels which will allow us to ship to new areas, thus increasing orders. Service was extremely informative, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful so thank you Dhana, very much appreciated. fantastic app

I had a difficult time setting up my shipping rates because our store has product of quite a complex nature when it comes to shipping, I reached out to their support and Jennifer from customer support was very patient and helpful throughout all my questions, she took the time and effort to fully understand my needs and made sure all met met. Amzaing support thank you very much I'm looking forward to setup all my shipping and start using this app on my store!

I'd have to say that my favorite thing about this app is the support. They have the best customer service and they are always ready to help and solve any problem your store might have. You can even schedule zoom meetings to go over your specific needs and get help setting up your shipping based on what you need.

I've installed this app, the support team member Vindu was really helpful by helping me with the set up. This app is providing what I need with the shipping going by postcode and setting up special shipping rate for certain products, so far I am happy with this app.

Wir nutzen die App nun seid zwei Wochen. Bisher läuft alles wie gewünscht. In der Einrichtungsphase hatten wir ein paar Fragen, die fix beantwortet wurden. Bei einem größeren Problem mit dem Zusammenspiel zwischen dieser und einer anderen App, überprüfte der Entwickler sogar die andere App, um dort einen Einstellungsfehler zu finden, der das Problem auslöste.
